Helping You Find An Adult Family Home, Assisted Living, Memory Care, In Home Care

Testimonies:

Simply amazing. The home is run by angels. You are so fortunate if you are able to get your parent in this home. The home itself was bult with love, with the owner doing many of the internal updating. Currently expanding the square footage. Get your name in the list Everyday they give hugs, interact with the people in their care and consider the house the residents house. Everyday they ensure your parent is engaged and not lying in bed. They celebrae holidays with your parent and barbeque outside when possible. My mother has been unable to walk and is a stroke/dementia resident. Her skin is always in wonderful shape, never bruised. Prior to living here, she rarely smiled. She smiles all the time now.

Healthy, Homemade Meals

All meals are personalized and homemade to meet the dietary needs of each resident, as a balanced diet with limited processed food is crucial for senior health.

Daily Exercise,
Physical & Aqua Therapy

As we age, regular physical activity becomes increasingly essential for maintaining a healthy body and mind. For seniors, exercise offers an array of benefits, ranging from reducing the risk of chronic diseases and injury to boosting mood and regulating appetite and behavior. Engaging in regular exercise can help prevent conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and arthritis, while also strengthening muscles and bones, improving balance, and increasing flexibility. Moreover, exercise is a natural mood enhancer, as it stimulates the production of endorphins, the brain chemicals that promote a sense of well-being. By incorporating physical activity into their daily routine, seniors can enjoy a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.

Socialization

Research has shown that socializing with others can have a significant impact on our overall health and wellbeing, particularly for seniors. By maintaining healthy relationships and engaging in regular social activities, older adults can benefit both mentally and physically. Socialization can help seniors stay mentally sharp, reduce the risk of cognitive decline, and even alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. Additionally, socializing with others can help seniors stay physically fit by encouraging them to engage in physical activities and exercise. Furthermore, socializing can help seniors cope with stress and adversity, leading to improved cardiovascular health and a strengthened immune system.

LEVELS OF CARE

Independent Living

Independent living communities are a great option for seniors who desire an active and independent lifestyle while also being able to socialize with others who share their age and interests. These communities offer a variety of services, such as meal planning/preparation, laundry, and housekeeping, which help the residents to focus on the things they enjoy doing, and take part in various activities that are organized through the community calendar. This lifestyle can be an excellent choice for seniors who want to maintain their independence but also want to engage in a community that offers social interaction and support.

Assisted Living

Residents are provided access to health and nursing services and personalized assistance based on their needs and preferences. The environment is safe and fall prevention measures are in place. The main priorities are socialization, fun activities, quality time, and maintaining good health. Medication assistance and administration is also available if needed.

Memory Care & Palliative Care

Memory care is a type of specialized care that is designed to cater to individuals with various cognitive issues, such as short-term memory problems, episodic memory issues, or Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. It is a comprehensive approach to care that emphasizes the safety, comfort, and well-being of the individual.

Memory care facilities are equipped with trained staff and specialized programs that provide a positive and engaging environment for residents. These facilities offer a range of activities that are designed to keep residents active and engaged, such as art classes, music therapy sessions, and other fun activities that promote mental and physical wellness.

In addition, post-brain injury patients can benefit from memory care services as well. These facilities offer personalized care plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each resident, providing them with the support they need to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
